Paula Kent is embracing an evolutionary mindset; not getting older but evolving toward becoming her authentic self. After leaving her bank management role in 2017, she has returned to school, a full thirty -seven years after her grade twelve graduation. Jumping into graduate school, has been one of the most difficult episodes on her journey, but through it Paula has discovered a love of writing, and the joy of learning.

Paula’s passion for personal growth, is one she wants to share with other women, through her writing and by living and leading by example. More than anything she wants to motivate others, to conquer their fears and self-limiting beliefs. Paula hopes to inspire other women to perceive themselves differently, by challenging boundaries and embracing an evolutionary mindset.
