Is life like we see in the movies or does it make us want so much more or so different from what we have. We often find it's so difficult not to identify with what we see. When we need to relax and change our brainwaves TV can be helpful, but when we become identified with what or who is on Television we begin to loose who we are. We can absorb and feel as if we should have whats on TV or be like the person that we're watching. How can we become active participants in our life and bring mindfulness to our lives.
