Hey ya'll hope you're all healthy and safe during this Quarantine. Recorded this episode 20 days ago, but here we are figured I would release it now. Hope its still relevant. I am learning to effectively quarantine but also giving myself much needed rest and enjoying my netflix and chillin. Please be advised; Quarantine at your own pace, however you want. The worst thing you can do for yourself is force yourself to learn a new skill just due to pressure.
