This was a quick deep dive into one of the things I have been looking a lot for lately - solitude. There are some clues from my life and what I've been exposed to that have helped me better understand this mystery.

Although this is kind of an individual thing, here are two beliefs I think everyone needs to have before they are able to achieve a higher level of solitude in their daily life.

1. You ultimately get to choose what you become in your life. Yes, there are some with much less opportunity to do this than others but the power to do so is in nearly all of us.

2. There is a deeper part of you that goes beyond where you are right now and where you've been. In this episode I called it your spirit and that's how I prefer to think of it. This is a part of you that has been around a long time and feeding it can provide a lot of peace and clarity when your body may seek to get in the way.

My apologies about the episode starting super abruptly. That was because I edited this episode poorly on my phone. Not sure how that happened haha but it happens. In any case I hope this still helps in some way.
