Sheykh Efendi is saying that if you don’t listen to advice from the people of ahirat, you lose both dunya (this world) and ahirat (eternity). What Prophet (saws) taught in those days is fresh and new for all time. Munafiks (hypocrites) and kafir (unbelievers) don’t accept. But everyone knew Prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) as the most trustworthy one. Accept everything he said, and try to follow him; don’t follow the unbelievers. Ask forgiveness for when you fail to keep up with his orders.
