But the icing on the proverbial cake is a swag of exclusive “Vietnamese bakery-style” items, including cheese and bacon rolls and classic custard tarts in tin foil. Plus, legendary choreographer Rafael Bonachela on premiering his most personal work yet in Sydney this month.
