Christine Sakdalan is the Vice President and US Head of Mental Health at Boehringer Ingelheim, where she is responsible for building a new commercial team and capabilities, preparing for launches, and cultivating a purpose-driven culture.
Before her role at BI, she was Otsuka's VP of Customer Engagement, leading and shaping a transformative Customer Engagement journey centered on the patient experience. She has also held significant leadership roles at JnJ and Amgen, driving strategy development, marketing execution, and patient-centric solutions.
In addition to her remarkable career, she is the Co-Founder and CEO of MVP: Momentum and Value for People of Color, an organization that provides young people of color with invaluable leadership development, internship, and employment opportunities, supported by over 100 engaged partners offering mentoring and career workshops.
