Being alone and vulnerable in times of stress and disaster. Many of us are finding that we are alone in these times of the coronavirus and many are feeling fearful. How can we discover ways to live in these times and still find balance and ease?
We recorded this before we knew that we had to stop contact with others. In the next show we'll chat about that...we suggest that this is the time to reach our virtually to friends, family and join virtual groups of start one. We can find community or create community even when we are separated. We suggest ways to feel less alone and fearful.
