This week, Chris sits down with Tactical Yoga Training owner Sheila Schmid. Sheila has a background in mental health and yoga. She has a heart to walk along side first responders and train them in the healing powers of breath work and yoga. First responders who know Sheila have taken her out in their vehicles and to the range to expand her perspective of the unique jobs we do every day.
