Writer and designer Graham Hill asks: Can having less stuff, in less room, lead to more happiness? He makes the case for taking up less space, and lays out three rules for editing your life. This is one of my favorite areas as my own way of simplicity keeps me on my path. As a mother of 4 I find it challenging to keep life simple but I find that the more I keep it simple the better I feel - I feel stronger with a clear mind and a clearer mind comes from decluttering and editing my life. Look around you- Look at all the stuff can you clearly say that each item brings you joy? At the moment I am reading the life-changing magic of tidying up. Marie Kondo
