This week Amy and Jen have a special guest on the show - David Munday. In his day job he is lead professional officer for mental health for the CPHVA. He also has a passion for health visiting and has recently completed a fantastic piece of work in his spare time gathering data on the state of health visiting nationally (instead of watching Netflix!)
So what is the average caseload size? How does your organisation measure up? How and why exactly are these things important and what impact does the ever decreasing numbers have on our service and the safety of children and families?
Most importantly - what are you going to do about it?
When you're all fired up feel free to contact us on iamahealthvisitor@gmail.com or tweet us @IamaHV
