Jeff and Jon look to embody the "Expert" in Nature's Experts - actively working across all the business units and pursuing academic study (and accreditations). Together they form a ying and yang partnership, intuitively providing the support the other needs as they take on each new task and challenge. Ironically, these brothers only met in 2007 as adults when they were at very different stages of their lives. Daily conversations led to Jon postponing his university experience to join Jeff in what became a shared passion, and ultimately, a mission.
