He has received numerous awards for leadership, including the Bronze Star Medal with Valor, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals with Valor, and three Combat Action Ribbons. Since retiring from the military, Rich has become a consultant and speaker, sharing his experience and insights on leadership and human performance with businesses, sports teams, and individuals.
