• –  PAP sollte 30 Minuten vor Schnitt gegeben werden
• –  Anpassung der Gabe an Gewicht
• –  Wiederholung bei Blutverlust von 1500ml, 2x Ablauf der Halbwertzeit
• –  Üblicherweise Einmalgabe, höchstens Erweiterung um 24h bei größeren orthopädischen Eingriffen
• –  CAVE MRE, ggf. Präparatewechsel auf MRE-empfindliches Medikament
