Existing home sales dropped 8.5% in March from February -- another statistic that serves to illustrate how the coronavirus pandemic has turned life as we know it on its head this year. We wanted to look at real estate in this moment, so we asked two people to help us get our heads around what's happening now and what's in store. David Wilk is Assistant Professor of Finance & Director of the Real Estate Program at Temple University's Fox School of Business.
