As little children, even babies we shut down our Kinesthetic sense, our feeling, when something 'hurts' us and then our family, society, schooling and the media teaches us to keep our 'feeling the world' shut down, choosing to think and analyse instead.
When we get back into our body and use our Authority to make decisions then we really create the life by our design.
