All month long I am celebrating Mental Health Month and the 10 year milestone of a very signifigant experience in my mental health journey and in my life. I survived a suicide attempt. I was in a 3 day coma. On May 9, 2013 I woke up from the coma without any brain damage of memory loss! How I ended up in Pomona was because a church called New Life prayed for me for 4 hours on the 3rd day of the coma and I believe God answered their prayers. Pastor Billy was one of many people I met in 2014 to 2016 at New Life church. We used to spend a lot of time in his office talking theology and life. It was a huge honor to have him on the podcast.
Pastor Billy is on staff at The Rock Church in Danville, CA. He is also married and has three children. Billy has spent many years developing discipleship for The Rock and his previous time in Pomona.
