I wanted to do this episode for any of you who are feeling like you're experiencing really big emotions right now because of how your brain is interpreting the things that are happening in your life or in your world. Someone said to me the other day, “A bigger life means bigger emotions.” I thought about that for a long time and I actually believe that it's the opposite. I think allowing bigger emotions allows you to create a bigger life.
That's what I want to talk to you about today. What I'm going to tell you might help you get some perspective on how you're feeling and may even bring you some peace about all of it.
