Something our family dreamed for over half a century, Preservation is the region's first and only 100% pot-distilled producer in Nelson County, Bourbon’s equivalent to the Napa Valley. 

Preservation has been quietly distilling their own, small production bourbon and whiskey in 1-3 barrel batches. These are minuscule lots with no particular release dates as they just won't bottle their whiskey before it's time.  But that’s ok…they're not in a hurry
