Coach Sydney is an Elite Sports Coach with over 16+ years experience in 8 sports. Former Division One Basketball Player, Deputy Head Coach and Founder of K28 Fitness @k28fitness and Let There Be Sight Foundation. His mantra is Fitness begins in the mind, if he can you can. Coach Sydney lost his vision in 2022, however, that has not deterred him in the pursuit of achieving his life goals. He is an advocate for glaucoma awareness and aims to bring awareness to people with disabilities.
