Rhetta Akamatsu's latest book, Haunted Marietta, about her hometown of Marietta, GA, was released by History Press in September and spent a number of weeks on Amazon's Hot New Releases in Georgia History. In addition, Rhetta has two other books about the paranormal, Ghost to Coast and Ghost to Coast Tours and Haunted Places. In March of 2009, Rhetta joined Jari Mikkola of The Netherlands to create a new electronic journal, The Journal of Anomalous Sciences, which has developed an impressive roster of advisors and contributors and a following in both Europe and the United States. Rhetta also owns and maintains several websites, including The Paranormal Directory at Boomja.com, Ghost to Coast.us, and RhettaAkamatsu.com.
