Olga Sudvarg is a strategic executive driving transformational leader with over 20 years of experience driving results in fast-paced, complex environments.
Olga is the Chief Operating Officer for Data at Invesco, a $1.4 trillion global asset manager. Olga’s experience spans various leadership roles in which she had an opportunity to build/run global functions and define/implement governance processes. She also has deep expertise in consulting, both internally with SunTrust and Invesco and externally with Ernst and Young.
Olga mentors young female talent and otherwise supports Diversity and inclusion efforts.
Olga was honored among CDO Magazine’s Global Data Power Women of 2021 and 2022, and in 2023, she received a Top 100 CEO recognition by ONCON. She frequently speaks on operating model design, data, women in leadership, and other topics.
She holds a B.A. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Emory Goizueta Business School.
Olga is a wife and a mother of two girls. When not working or spending time with her family, Olga loves power yoga, travel, and entertaining her wide circle of friends.
