In this time of uncertainty, ambiguity, and loss what do we do with the natural feelings that emerge within?  Do we ignore them? Shove them under the carpet? The book of Lamentations in the Bible, reminds us that a healthy spirituality is honest with our feelings and that God is a safe place to be who we are.  All of us is welcome in the presence of God and there needs to be space created to mourn and express feelings of loss.
