Amber developed a unique perspective on recognizing opportunities in unexpected places, particularly within people. Whether adopting two teenagers in her twenties or balancing full-time work with earning her college and graduate degrees, Amber has embraced challenges as opportunities to grow and learn. Her career journey, spanning entry-level roles to leadership positions in a Fortune 500 company, taught her the value of persistence and adaptability.
Amber is an inclusion strategist, certified coach, writer, and speaker who has been featured on television and in print and digital media. Formerly a Diversity Strategist at Walmart Stores, Inc., she is the founder of Cabral Co., a diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership-focused consulting firm. She hosts the You Can Have Whatever You Want ® podcast and regularly speaks and writes about inclusion, culture, equity, and social justice topics.
