Jeff Galloway is our coach, an Olympian, and America’s Coach. He has introduced generations to his run-walk-run method and helped them finish strong no matter the distance or level of experience. That includes us. Since it began, we have been doing his race weekend in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a beautiful weekend full of positivity, encouragement from others who use his method, and a fantastic finish line experience with the man himself.
Jeff Galloway Half Marathon Weekend is moving to a spring race in 2023! We got all the information first-hand from Jeff Galloway himself. He sat down with us and gave us an exclusive interview about what to expect and why the move happened, plus some other great conversation as we head into just about a year since his heart attack. We are so happy to have the chance to have him back on the show.
