- Let go of past , have perspective ands look down upon your life
- Engagement, community see humanity as one globe
- Be Persistent, diligent and disciplined
- Time manage, use of time time Look forward and be now
- Explore who you are, develop wisdom
- Don't associate with takers....imagine superman
- Have insight...comes from gratitude compassion and empathy
- Say no set boundaries be assertive Say no to reactivity & intolerance
