In episode 48 we were truly blessed by Empress Aizanah. How you may ask? I’ve always said Skilled with Humility is a superpower. This Empress is truly skilled especially with ital food. What is ital food? Ital is vegetarian or vegan food without the use of processed sodium, sugars, toxic oils. This may seem bland but it’s far from. Empress Aizanah cooks flavorful soups, Roti (Trini style), Macaroni Pie, Cakes, Cookies and even Raw Desserts. She even encouraged the host, Blaze, to try a raw vegan cheesecake recipe of hers. Blaze hasn’t had great luck making desserts but under the guidance of Empress Aizanah we’ll see how his turns out. She also has her specialty sauces and salads that are always in demand.
