Carter BIO:
Carter, 36, Married father of three. I am fresh to the world of podcasting However I have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. I am an advocate for discussing mental health in all facets, particularly breaking the stigma and de-constructing toxic masculinity in the hopes of promoting and encouraging everyone to openly discuss and support people in their mental health journeys and help in healing.
I work full time in youth justice and have several years experience in working with young offenders. During my time in this profession I have found there is still a lot of reluctance to discuss feelings and emotions. I have found a passion and drive for breaking out of these generational cycles and now that I have three little ones to mold, the fire is burning brighter than ever. I am a loving husband and father but I come with some mental health issues of my own--I was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism in 2022 and since then I have been on a personal journey of self discover.
