When someone meets us they form their idea of who and what we are in the first 90 seconds, because we internalize our judgements and remember people and things rather than seeing them now. How different our world is when we truly see things in a new way now.
You are the producer and director in your life. Ask yourself how do I look at things and how could I change them. Lets change the play of our life that we're in, we can choose how we see things. When we remove the labels, we can open up to what we've labelled, then we might find someone is not the person we thought they were.
