In this episode, I’m talking about why we do it and how to stop doing it. You might think that means that I’m going to teach you how to stop comparing altogether, but that’s actually not true. Comparing can be helpful, we just have to learn how to do it without despair.

I’m sharing some important questions for you to ask yourself as you reflect on your comparison habits, and giving you some despair disruptors that you can use to compare without letting the despair creep in.
