We also discussed a news story out of Jonesboro, IL where a man has been convicted of murder for killing a trespasser on his property. Is it legal to "shoot on site?" The details get even crazier when you learn that he actually booby trapped a door with a shotgun, and was not on the property when the alleged burglar was killed.
