Blake Anthony Carter is a passionate and genuine human being but also a successful real estate professional. Blake is the co-founder of CRIBS. A full service, turnkey company for short term rental & co-living investors. They help their clients find, purchase, renovate, design and manage properties all in house. In addition, he is the co-founder of a non profit organization called ServeInspire, which serves the homeless community in his hometown of Austin, Texas. This was inspired by his childhood experience of being deemed homeless by the city after his families life was turned upside down from the 2008 financial crisis. Due to this Blake has been awarded a presidential service award for his volunteer efforts. In his professional life he has flipped properties, syndicated multifamily, completed over 50 rehabs and is the go to guy for all things short term rentals in the city of Austin.
