PLM 215 : My Morning Routine - How I Start The Day...
My morning routine is the most important part of my day. Without taking time each morning to prepare myself mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually, I'm unable to perform at the highest level and give my all.
By having an empowering morning routine, I start off the day happy, excited, passionate, full of energy, motivated, and productive. I literally feel "unstoppable". I'm unfazed by challenges or problems that might show up, because I'm coming at them from a powerful state.
Not only that, but my morning routine also guarantees that my health and body are taken care of each day. I'm getting healthier, stronger, faster, and in better overall physical shape through my morning routine.
