Emotional reactions trap us, we are like robots reacting the same each time a button is pushed. Conscious action can free us. What can we do to find freedom from the robotic reactions from our past pain. Fascination rather than reactions can give us a pause button that enables us to be mindful.
Most of us are trapped in these reactions which hold us hostage, hostage to our past traumas that are locked within us. Mindfulness, which brings consciousness can free us.
