Tim Philip is a pharmaceutical leader with just under 20 years’ experience across sales, marketing, digital and business transformation, and consulting. 

As the son of a first generation immigrant from the Caribbean, he had no social or family links into the pharmaceutical industry but has worked his way up from sales representative to the global brand leader at a top ten global pharmaceutical company. 

Tim is passionate about highlighting, supporting and developing people of ethnic minority or disadvantaged backgrounds into positions of authority and leadership across the pharmaceutical industry, from sponsoring and supporting initiatives at company level all the way down to mentoring and supporting local secondary school children with ambitions of careers in STEM.
