The built in Stored Procedures for Defects, Features, Tasks, Incidents, and User Dashboard reports include all of the custom fields along with the Item, and the fields stored along with the Customer and Customer Contact for items. Also in the video is a quick way to print out a report which will give you the names of all of the Custom fields in the database for quick reference when creating reports
