Juhid ja pastorid peavad mõistma inimeste väärtust. Juhtimine koguduses voolab Jeesuselt pastorile, koguduse inimestele ja teistele. Meil on vaja, et koguduse inimesed seoses koguduse juhtimisega pastorile alistuksid. Siis saame koos Isanda jaoks midagi suurt teha. ----- Leaders and pastors need to understand the value of people. Leadership in the church flows from Jesus to the pastor, to the church people, to others. And we need people in the church to submit to pastor concerning the running of the church. Then together we can do something great for the Lord.
