This November’s election season is shaping up to be one for the ages, with battles expected over ballot measures that will likely see hundreds of millions of dollars of campaign spending. Measures that deal with everything from a referendum on the prohibition against flavored tobacco to single-use plastics to medical malpractice lawsuits will be on the ballot.
In addition, there are likely to be several measures on the November ballot around gaming and waging on sporting events.
