We listen to every word and Naomi Judd says," Your body believes everything you say." When we hear ourselves saying negative things about ourselves, we have to ask ourselves do we want to live and experience this constantly in my life. Because we will. 

When we hear negativity from the outside we can step back from it...but when we hear it from the inside we tend to believe and absorb it.
