My girlfriend Tatiana and I had the pleasure of interviewing Dr. Udo Erasmus on the importance of healthy oils for optimal health & well-being. Dr. Udo Erasmus is the author of the best-selling book, Fat's That Heal, Fat's That Kill, and is the founder of the company, Udo’s Choice. He is recognized as a guru on digestive health, and is a pioneer in the use of fats and oils for optimal health.
