Are you alive? You are breathing, your heart is beating, so yes, you are alive. But are you really living?
In Ephesians 2:1-10, Paul reminds us that before Jesus rose from the dead, we were dead in our sins. The bad news: We’re all sinners (Romans 3:23). The good news: If you’re a sinner, you fit right in with the rest of us. And the even better news? God has made a way for us to get back to really living.
Jesus is risen! Jesus is alive! (Matthew 28:1-7) And because he is alive, we too can now live...really live. His resurrection is our resurrection.
