The NHL Awards are in the books, the draft kicks off tomorrow, and that means we've got plenty to talk about on this week's episode of Oilersnation Radio.To kick off the Tuesday episode of ONR, we started with a look at some of the trades that have been happening around the NHL this past week. From Taylor Hall getting moved to Chicago a few days ago to PLD moving to Los Angeles, the silly szn movement is starting to pick up ahead of the NHL Draft and that gave us an opportunity to grade a few deals that have happened so far. Changing gears, we looked at last night's NHL Awards and how Connor McDavid absolutely cleaned up. The big topic everyone was talking about after the awards, however, was the one writer that had McDavid listed as the fifth best player on his ballot. We also dove into the NHL schedule that was released earlier in the day and heavily complained about the lack of weekend games in some of our potential #NationVacation destinations. That's not to say that we won't be heading on trips anyway, but the NHL certainly didn't do us any favours again this year.
