Tamzin shared her Jar System - how to keep those thoughts, comments and words of encouragement handy to keep you motivated as a content creator and podcaster!  

Here are some suggestions for the Jar...  

- Confidence Jar - add a note into a jar of all the times you have been and felt confident. When you are feeling like you need a confidence boost, reach into the jar and you have all the evidence you need.  

- Mindfulness Jar - fill the jar with mindful activities you love, then when you are feeling overwhelmed, reach into the jar and pull a note out. I have a pre-made jar that was given to me.  

- I am Great Jar - fill your jar with post-it notes, notes and words of all the time someone has given you a compliment, testimonial or said something nice to you.  

- Happiness Jar - fill your jar with times, experiences and examples of all the times you have been happy. As you navigate throughout your days, and you feel happiness, add notes to your jar.  

- Gratitude Jar - at the end of each day, add three things you are grateful for into your jar. When you need a boost of gratitude - dip your hand in your jar.

- US Numbers: iOS 54.42% Android 45.25%  

- Canada Numbers: iOS 58.47% Android 40.94%  

- Europe Numbers:  Android 61.05% iOS 38.47%  

- Worldwide Numbers: Android 70.96% iOS 28.43%

Remember to include both Android and Apple Users in your Call To Action Requests - if you focus on only one platform at the expense of the other, you may alienate a portion of your audience by doing so!
