Growing The Podcast in 2021 - My 3 Focuses - #73
Here really quick just sharing my 3 focuses with the podcast for 2021 this year. We recently hit 2,000 lifetime downloads (thank you so much!) and I made a lofty goal to 10x that by the end of this year! These are the 3 things I am focusing on to make that happen:
1. Better clarity in brand and overall messaging
2. Community Feedback on a whole new level.
3. Appearing on other podcasts and providing more value through ebooks and other content.
