The guys are joined by Former Ireland International star Shannon Smyth who has had a big hand in the upcoming Wisconsin Women's Soccer Advisory Council's Symposium. She talks about growing up in Wisconsin, embracing her Irish heritage, recognizing at an early age that she wanted to be a coach, playing against the USWNT, making the transition from professional player to youth club coach, helping other women coaches, giving her boys teams that work in training, and every bit of info you're going to need heading into the symposium!
