Oooooo this health series is really coming for my edges. Like Carolyn does not hold anything back as she explains how our spiritual pain manifests in her body. Basically when we have physical ailments we are treating the symptom and not the disease, the root cause. If you listen carefully there are a couple of moments that Carolyn did a cold read on issues I have. So this episode is a combination of physical and spiritual health. 

Carolyn Zimba was born in Zambia, and emigrated to England at the age of 5. She went back to Zambia at 13 and went back to England at 18 for university. Carolyn is a movement specialist even though her university degree was in engineering. It is not surprising that she has a keen interest in the mechanics of bodies, however,  her work is done on the Spiritual plane. For a long time Carolyn was searching for something, until God found her. It was only then that she felt complete.
