Natalie DeMartini began working with horses at Gunstock Ranch in Hawaii, and eventually moved on to the therapeutic side of working with horses at the Arivaca Equine Therapy program for at-risk boys. Natalie has spent a lot of years in wild places on the back of a horse or on her own 2 non-horse feet, as she is now a Trailwalker at the Anasazi Foundation.
Natalie talks about the therapeutic healing power of horses that she has seen help herself and many others.
Natalie has broken her back, several bones in her hand, and several bones in her ankle in foot as a result of some of her adventures. She explains why the heck she keeps literally “getting back on the horse” despite the injuries she has had. Natalie is gr8.
