This worship service will begin and end with a hymn sung by the Emmanuel Lutheran Church congregation or Emmanuel Singers (Oh Come, Oh Come Emmanuel) and (Lord, I Lift Your Name on high), respectfully. 

The message, "EXPERIENCE - UNDERSTANDING - HOPE for the First Sunday in advent follows the scriptures in Jeremiah 33:14-16;  Psalm 25:1-10;  1 Thessalonians 3:9-13; and the Gospel according to St. Luke, chapter 21, verses 25-36.  The message begins at about the 5-minute, 50-second mark,  followed by the prayers.
