The fallout continues following West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin’s announcement that he could not support the Biden Administration’s “Build Back Better” legislation passed earlier this Fall by the House and now in the Senate.

The Senate broke for its Holiday recess and Senate Leader Chuck Schumer of New York declared the legislation wasn’t dead and that the Senate would return early next year to vote on the matter, but what comes next is unclear.
