In this episode we take a look at how events over the last decade has shaped the world of law enforcement, and the delicate relationship between society and policing. This episode was difficult to write, and hits on some heavy topics surrounding todays policing. It is not for the faint of heart, we talk about some very sensitive topics and get into some deep discussions about topics ranging from the incident surrounding the death of George Floyd, defunding the police, PTSD, morale and retention issues in departments, and so much more.
So come on in, and join us, as we step into the fray, but be prepared this is a bit of a bumpy ride, those with weak constitutions should probably sit this one out.
